Many of you who order for collection or delivery will have had a chance to explore and use our updated and improved online shop by now. This has been a LONG time coming and we couldn’t be happier with the results – and it seems everyone we’ve had feedback from so far feels the same! If you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, here’s a quick run down of some of the features:
- Search by Brand, Product, and Category as before; but now you can add further filters to refine exactly what you need, making filling your cart even easier!
- Easily select ‘Pick Up’ or ‘Delivery’ options at checkout. For deliveries, the system will identify the next delivery date for your postcode and automatically apply it (you can check delivery schedules and more information about delivery & collection here.)
- For Click & Collect orders, you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is packed and ready for pick up. Don’t worry if you can’t get to us the day you receive your notification, your order will be kept for up to 5 working days so you’ll have plenty of time to get to us.
- For delivery orders, you’ll receive a notification of your delivery window they day before your delivery and a further notification once your order has been delivered. You’ll also be able to track your delivery in real time!
- Customer account (this is our favourite new feature!) – create a customer account and you’ll be able to view past orders and select all or any part of a previous order to instantly add to a new cart, saving you time and effort searching for previously purchased products.
