Orders for delivery
Please be advised that we will be operating contactless deliveries until further notice. We will not be handing orders over directly. Please advise in the Notes box when ordering if you would like your order delivered to a specific location (shed, porch etc. or use a what3words address), Otherwise we will place your order at the door, ring the bell and step back to maintain recommended social distancing. Drivers will sanitise hands before and after each delivery.
If coming to us isn’t an option for you we can deliver to your door!
Simply click on our Shop page, add what you want to your basket and pay online. Deliveries are made every other Thursday, you will receive a half hour delivery time slot via email the day before.
If you won’t be in to take delivery, please let us know where to leave your order in the ‘Notes’ box at checkout.
Cut off is 4pm on the Tuesday prior to your delivery for Thursday deliveries (4pm Wednesday for Friday deliveries). All orders received after this time will be placed on the next delivery run to your postcode.

Orders for Collection
We are offering non–contact collections until further notice.
Place your order online (don’t forget to select ‘Pick Up’ from the dropdown menu on the last screen before payment to remove delivery charges) and select the date you want to collect. We will bring your order outside and place it by your vehicle (or into your vehicle if necessary) and then step away to maintain recommended social distancing.
As of 1st August, customers are welcome into our new store, provided face coverings are worn and guidelines regarding hand sanitising and social distancing are adhered to.
Reduced opening hours (until further notice):
Please ensure that all orders for collection are placed at least 24 hours in advance. If you need items for same day collection please visit the unit in person. We will pick and pack your order while you wait and you can pay in person (card payments only).
